How Prosper Injury Law Helps Our Communities?
Pro Bono Services
We are dedicated to giving back to communities throughout Florida through essential pro bono legal services. Our team stands ready to help those in need, ensuring that access to justice and quality representation isn’t limited by financial means.
Pro Bono Services Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Pro bono is when professionals, like lawyers, offer their services for free. This usually happens to help individuals who can't afford legal help. The main idea behind pro bono work is to ensure everyone has access to justice, especially those in need. It’s all about ensuring everyone can get legal representation without worrying about the costs
In 2025, we will concentrate our efforts on Sealing & Expungement and Guardian Advocacy, ensuring we provide top-notch support in these areas. While our primary focus will be on these services, we are open to exploring other possibilities. Don’t hesitate to contact us to see how we can assist you!
The process is straightforward: click here to complete our contact form. Once we have received your form, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a consultation. If we determine that we can assist you, you'll sign the Engagement Letter, and we will handle the rest. Please note that we have strict limitations on Pro Bono services, focusing specifically on Sealing & Expungement and Guardian Advocacy services, which we can explain during our consultation. Many of our Pro Bono programs are staffed by law students under the supervision of a licensed attorney. Due to this structure, we have a limited capacity to take on clients at any given time. Our law students come from Florida International University School of Law, Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, and the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University – College of Law.
If you are a law student interested in joining our program as a volunteer or for credit as an intern, please fill out our contact form to submit an inquiry.
